Larry Neilson has been a presence in online design since 1995, with his City of Art website initially focusing on photographs of Seattle's funky street art and vibrant cultural scene. Larry spent more than three years designing, publishing and maintaining the King County Mental Health website as well as the King Intranet for the Mental Health Division, and administering access privileges to the County and State proprietary data systems (CLS and CMLS) accessed through King. Larry has recently attended Community College classes full time to sharpen up his design, coding and scripting skills. Above are a few examples from the many sites he has authored.

Larry has strong skills in HTML coding including CSS 2 and JS 4, and has worked with interactive forms and XML structures. He has advanced Photoshop skills which regularly come in handy when constructing the components of websites, and good Illustrator skills which pay off in logo creation and interface design. And of course he has the most up-to-date authoring and publishing tools on his development platform, at your service.

Larry Neilson has the kind of mind which can come to grips with the complex issues inherent in site design and construction. Below is his diagram of the architecture of the CPI Workgroup site, a section of King County Executive Ron Sims' website. You could see it online for many years at www.metrokc.gov/exec/cpi/. It was a lot "easier on the eyes" than this diagram!
