D I S A S T E R S T R I K E S! In Photographs by Larry Neilson |
Here it is, coming to you (almost) live -- gory, juicy disaster -- blood and broken glass splattered across your computer screen.
Snowstorms - windstorms - car crashes - riots re-created for the Hollywood cameras -- and an election that was a "train wreck" for George W. Bush's Republican party. You'll find them all in Larry's year-end litany of disaster. But you'll find reason to hope too, as in the construction projects seen at the bottom of the page. Construction projects in progress or nearly completed, that will hopefully give us a better quality of life for years to come. Meanwhile, dig in and shiver at the wintry desolation and cold comfort of Larry's Disaster Photo Page -- then thaw out in the thin light of Northwest December days.
