The back
alley leading to the former Ballard Backstage nightclub was lined with colorful
murals by a number of artists on a number of themes -- principally pagan nature
worship and erotic fantasy.
This section with a bit more "edge" to it was done in 2 afternoons
in 1992 by Vic Hudak. It was inspired by San Francisco band The Residents (or at
least by their strange artwork and plays with the conceit of people being
TV-heads -- even the dog has a CRT instead of a face. It's called
"Residential Remote Control."
