ARTHUR ANDERSEN: Seminar Evaluation Form


For his commercial client, Arthur Andersen & Co., Larry created this customer evaluation form using Adobe PageMaker. This piece is typical of a large volume of work produced for this client in Seattle in the late 1990s. (Note: the Seattle AA office did not to my knowledge do any work for Enron, Qwest or any other crooked companies.) Typically layouts were submitted electronically and released to printers on diskette or ZIPdisks.
